try slowing down when you talk , think about each word you want to say before saying it… there’s no rush to get it out…and take deep breathes , relax, try some meditation, and practice at home talking slower. good luck !

If someone asks you a question slow down and think about what you are going to say first before you say it. My brother has a really bad stutter when he is nervous.

Accept that you have it and move on. It took me a long time to come to the understanding that I always will, and I learn to live my life around it. I have a successful job, a couple of college degrees, a beautiful fiance, and tons of friends who all know that I stutter. It isn’t something that you can really change, the way our brains process words into speech is just different.

So accept it and move on with the rest of your life.

Read a thesaurus and learn different words for the words you have pronouncing, then when you’re alone, work on the words you cant pronounce

try putting marbols in your mouth and saying a poem 10 times a day for a year. it really works.

hypnotist should be able to help you

eat healthy, take up jogging with a friend, as you are jogging, try speaking the alphabet, one letter a time, try to sync it with your breathing, so step, breathe, letter, once you master forwards, try the same procedure but saying the alphabet backwards, but it is very important that you go with a buddy , about 30 minutes a day for about a year, should help, then you will find the normal therapy more useful. actually any speed will work but you must be jogging, and a quiet park environment helps too.

My cousin had a bad case of stutter which he overcame. The first thing he had to concentrate on was his anxiety, once he got that under control he says it was easier. There are speech therapists out there and I hear they are pretty successful, I would definitely recommend not being shy about getting medical/scientific help
