How do I stop stuttering/stammering?
I notice I stutter and stammer with ever english sentence I say during the day. After a read a book called Black Swan Green, I started to stutter a bit. I trip on “I” , “so”, “did” and basically any word I start a sentence with. Please help and I don’t have time to go to a speech therapist because I never needed one when I was a kid. I think the time this started was around december of last year.

i know someone who sat and read and talked really slowly so he could say the words correctly and it went away
